"It's tough to improve upon a 5-star review, but I'll give it a go. Gryphon has been my roofer of choice for several years so, when it came time for a completely new roof they were my first call. Diego inspected the roof and, when Brooks took a look, he concurred with Diego that the whole thing needed to be replaced. After some scheduling challenges, provided courtesy of Mother Nature, the work was completed in January. Alas, the 1st rain post construction revealed a leak right over my oven. I called Diego, and he came out the same day to find the problem, and had his crew out within a day to provide some additional foam measures. Unfortunately, the leak persisted, tho' much less. Diego was nothing short of obsessed with finding the root of the problem which, after a water test, turned out to originate with the stucco portions on the roof....something completely out of Gryphon's control or responsibility. Regardless, Diego once again had his crew over to caulk all potential problems, which was way above and beyond his scope of services.
The most recent rain stayed outside, where it belongs, and I cannot adequately express my gratitude to Diego, and his wonderful crew, for their tenacity and drive to make me one happy, and DRY customer."
