The scale of this project was the greatest challenge however we were excited to push ourselves in completing the work. The Home Goods distribution center was the largest roofing project (in square feet) to ever be completed in Arizona when we finished it in 2015. The project was awarded by Layton Construction who were solid partners to work with.
The roofing material installed was a Single Ply TPO roof system from Firestone Building Products. Featuring a 20yr NDL warranty.
