About Project

This project was worked with Novel Properties and communities. We installed a 60m TPO roof system, providing a 20 year roof warranty. Additionally we installed an IPE Wood Pedestal paver party deck. Gryphon is more than happy to work on multi-family projects such as one like Crescent Rio, which is now known as Novel Crescent Rio.
