Since 1987, Gryphon Roofing & Remodeling has been serving Arizona residents with all their roofing and remodeling needs. There have been some swift changes in our state as we come to terms with the growth of the COVID-19 virus.

Is roofing an essential business?

Yes, the executive order from the office of Governor Ducey outlines “essential services” to include: “Infrastructure operations, including food production, utility operators, construction, and internet providers“. Ensuring your home is in a liveable state without worrying about roof leaks/repairs is our goal.

How does this affect you as a customer?

Office: We have dedicated staff working at home and a select few at our office to answer the phone, schedule your appointments for estimates or roof work, and answer any questions you may have. We have also closed our doors to public visits during this time and will be limiting the staff that may enter our office to help stop the spread. Updated Below.

Estimates: Our team is still keeping all their appointments. They will be exercising social distancing and limit their time in from of you, the customer. You can expect your estimate in an email format and can speak with our team any time on the phone with questions you may have.

Roof Production: We are still scheduling work, and will work on your roof. We start with your scanned copy of your contract, we will get you scheduled over the phone or by email, and we will get a crew to perform the work outlined in your proposal. Afterward, you can expect completion photos and an invoice via email with an option to pay your invoice online. Our superintendents are ready to answer any concerns you have over the phone.
